La Regata Nazionale Flying Dutchman, si svolgerà nei giorni 25 e 26 luglio 2026 nello specchio acqueo antistante la sede della Lega Navale Italiana sezione di Porto San Giorgio Lungomare Gramsci s.n.c. –  63822 Porto San Giorgio (FM). / The National Flying Dutchman Regatta will take place on 25 and 26 July 2026 in the waters in front of the headquarters of the Lega Navale Italiana Sezione di Porto San Giorgio  Lungomare Gramsci s.n.c. – 63822 Porto San Giorgio (FM).

Le iscrizioni dovranno essere effettuate tramite il “Portale FIV” al link CONINET entro e non oltre il 23 LUGLIO 2026. / Foreign athletes can register on the CONINET portal “Foreign sailors entry form” indicating event-code 2026-0525 or by sending an email to the Race Office of the  using the form in Attachment “A” included in Notice of Race.

Entro tale data gli equipaggi dovranno versare la relativa tassa di iscrizione di € 140,00 al Comitato Organizzatore a mezzo bonifico bancario / By this date, crews must pay the relevant registration fee of €140.00 to the Organizing Committee by bank transfer:

A single email must be sent to the following email address portosangiorgio@leganavale.it by inserting in the subject “SAIL NUMBER ### DOCUMENTS” and attaching the documents listed below:

– Ricevuta della tassa di iscrizione / Bank transfer receipt of the registration fee
– Tessere di classe / IFDCO Class Membership Card
– Certificato di stazza / Measurement Form and Measurement Certificate
– Licenza FIV esposizione della pubblicità (equipaggi italiani)
– Assicurazione RC con copertura minima (euro 2.000.000) come da Normativa FIV per l’Attività Sportiva Nazionale Organizzata in Italia 2024 (non necessaria per chi in possesso di tessera FIV Plus) / RC insurance with minimum coverage of 2.000.000 euro as required by FIV Regulations for National Sporting Activities Organized in Italy 2026
– Modulo di manleva per atleti minori firmato da un genitore, tutore o persona di supporto che gli consentono di assoggettarsi alle Regole (RRS 4.1(b)) e che, durante la manifestazione, si assume la responsabilità di farlo scendere in acqua a regatare (Incluso nel bando di regata) / Competitors under 18 years must have the registration form signed at the bottom by their parents, tutor or Support Person (see the RRS definition of Support Person) who, during the event, assumes responsibility for getting them into the water to race. They must also submit the “Athlete Custody Form – ENG” referred to in Attachment “B”.

Per essere considerata iscritta all’evento, una barca deve soddisfare tutto quanto richiesto per la registrazione e aver pagato la quota di iscrizione.
Chi avrà effettuato correttamente l’iscrizione tramite il “Portale FIV” al link CONINET  e inviato tutta la documentazione richiesta in una unica email all’indirizzo sopra citato, non avrà altra documentazione da presentare. / To be considered registered for the event, a boat must meet all registration requirements and have paid the registration fee.
Those who have correctly registered through the “FIV Portal” at the CONINET link and sent all the required documentation in a single email to the address above will have no further documentation to submit.

Le istruzioni di regata saranno disponibili all’atto della regolarizzazione dell’iscrizione dal primo giorno di regata presso la segreteria del Circolo Organizzatore, nonché sul Notice Board di cui alla piattaforma federale “portale FIV” e sulla piattaforma racingrulesofsailing.org / The sailing instructions will be available upon registration from the first day of the regatta at the secretariat of the Organizing Club, as well as on the Notice Board on the federal platform “FIV portal” and on the platform racingrulesofsailing.org

AVVISO IMPORTANTE: l’area di parcheggio per i carrelli stradali è situata presso la struttura Cinemagnolie sempre sul Lungomare Antonio Gramsci nr. 155 (vedi allegato “C” del Bando di Regata).
